For the official record, please refer to the minutes maintained at the county offices. For your convenience, we have Word Document, unofficial copies of those minutes on the right. The most recent meetings will unfortunately not have their minutes posted on the website. They have to be approved at the next month's regular voting session before they can be posted on the website.
