Local and State Incentives

Local incentive proposals are based on an evaluation of the economic impact of development projects and approval by the Greene County Development Authority. The following incentives may potentially be available and are determined on a case-by-case basis: 

  • Expedited Plan Review and Permitting
  • Inventory Tax Exemptions (Freeport)
  • Project Financing
  • Property Tax Incentives
