Posted on: May 4, 2022[ARCHIVED] Traffic Patterns Have Shifted at the Annex
Public Parking for the Greene County Annex
If you are planning to visit the Greene County Annex for Advanced In Person Voting, or going to the Department of Driver's Services or the Extension Office be aware that traffic patterns have shifted. You must bear right off of C Weldon Smith Dr onto the New Road and follow it down to the parking area.
Now that Greene County Fire Rescue and EMS are housed in the Public Safety building, for the safety of citizens, the Public parking area is now completely separated from the Public Safety parking. The old way of entering the Annex of going straight down C Weldon Smith now dead ends into the Public Safety parking area. There is NO access to the public parking area. The New Road is the only access to public parking.
Animal Control
Greene County Animal Control is accessed by turning right onto the new road and immediately turning left around the median and then right onto C Weldon Smith Drive.
