The Greene County Recreation Department offers a fitness room, baseball, softball, basketball, cheerleading, football, soccer, adult softball, adult basketball, tennis, martial arts, pickleball and racquetball. Firefly Trail
Branded as the “Southern Segment” of the Firefly Trail, this section substantially completes the Trail from Union Point just south of N. Rhodes Street, through the city limits of Woodville, and ending at the County line at State Route 77 and Oglethorpe County. The 6.5 mile Southern Segment is the longest continuous section of the Firefly Trail that is completed to date.
Lake Oconee
Georgia’s Lake Country is in a prime location located only an hour away from Atlanta and bordered by the lush Oconee National Forest, making it the perfect weekend destination for city dwellers looking to relax and rejuvenate.
