- Properties with Permits Pulled for example: New Construction, remodels, pools, etc.
- Properties that have had an appeal filed.
- Third Year Reviews
How will I Know They are County Employees?
- Wearing proper identification
- Driving County vehicle.
- They do NOT require access to your home.
What can I Expect with the Visit?
The appraisal staff will only gather necessary property information and take photographs as needed. If the owner/occupant is unavailable during the visit, a door hanger or business card may be left with contact information.
